When can I schedule?
You can use the form to schedule at any time. Coaches have a wide variety of calendar availability and you can typically find a spot 7 days a week.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
As soon as you know you need help we encourage you to book a call. Availability becomes extremely competitive about 48 hours out.
I need to cancel or reschedule my call!
Absolutely we get it! Life happens and sometimes we figure it out 5 minutes after booking your call. We ask that you cancel or reschedule 48 hours out to allow the spot to open for someone else. Calls canceled within 24 hours out of the call will be forfeited.
I no longer need my private coaching call...
Due to the nature of this product, our desire to keep these affordable, once you purchase a call there are no refunds. These calls do not expire but we cannot guarantee they will always be available. We recommend saving the call for the next time you want to pick our brains.
Where do I schedule?
After scheduling you'll receive an email confirmation to the email you submit on the form. Please check spam messages and other emails in case the form auto-filled.
Who will I be matched with?
Our VIP Coaching Team has a wide range of expertise and niche experience. On the scheduling page you'll be introduced to each coach and use a routing form to ensure the coach has experience with the topic or question.
How long are coaching calls?
Coaching calls are a half hour long. This addresses most problems we encounter having solved literally thousands of problems on calls.
I need someone to see my screen - is screen sharing allowed?
Often the most efficient way to troubleshoot is to share your screen. Do not share client tax returns or other personal client information. Please take good notes as we do not record these calls due to the nature of your business!
